Fresh Spring Roll / Popiah
- 4 fresh spring roll skin
- 1 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce or fish sauce
- 1 tbsp crush peanut
- 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 tbsp peri peri sauce
- 1/2 cup crush peanut
- 1 cup slice cucumbers
- 1 cup lettuces
- 1 cup coriander
- 1 cup cut grilled thinly slice bacon
- 1 cup deep fried pork lard (optional )
- steam the fresh spring rice rolls for 8 minute
- put 1 layer of sauce then top filling and roll in burrito style
- Optional add on crispy deep fried pork lad and dash of the pork oil
