Bunter Wurstsalat Colorful Sausage Salad Recipe
- 2 x Bell peppers, red
- 4 x Pickles
- 11 ounce Fleischwurst - plain meat sausage
- 11 ounce Boiled ham
- 14 ounce Edam cheese
- 4 x Tomatoes
- 10 x Stuffed olives
- 3 x Large eggs, hardboiled
- 8 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 4 Tbsp. Lowfat yoghurt
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar Salt and black pepper Garlic pwdr Tabasco sauce Lettuce leaves
- 1 Tbsp. Chives, sliced
- Wash and dry the bell peppers, quarter them and clean them.
- Cut the peppers, pickles, sausage, ham and cheese in slices.
- Wash the tomatoes, dry them, cut them in octagons and cut out the green bits.
- Halve the olives.
- Peel the Large eggs and cut them in octagons.
- Mix everything together.
- Stir mayonnaise, lowfat yoghurt, vinegar and seasoning into a sauce.
- Use the large lettuce leaves to line a bowl.
- Mix the salad and sauce and put it on the salad leaves.
- Sprinkle the chives on it before serving.
