Salsa (Ranch Style)
- 29 ounces Rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 29 ounces tomato sauce
- 29 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 large onion, diced
- 7 jalapeno peppers, diced
- 14 cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 1.
- Add all ingredients to a large pot and cover.

- Bring to a boil.
- 3.
- Partially remove cover and simmer until desired thickness is achieved.
- 4.
- Cool and enjoy.
