Chinese-Style Cold Noodles with Pork Shabu-Shabu

  1. Julienne the lettuce and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Boil water in a pot and boil the pork one piece at a time.
  3. Remove from the pot and place in ice water.
  4. Drain.
  5. Boil the noodles and soak in ice water.
  6. Drain.
  7. Transfer the noodles to a plate.
  8. Top the center with lettuce, then add the pork.
  9. Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.
  10. Mix together the seasoning ingredients and pour over the top.
  11. Sprinkle the top with white sesame seeds and shiso leaves.
