Chipotle Black Bean (and Bacon) Dip

  1. In a small nonstick skillet, saute onion over medium heat until softened (you may use olive oil spray if desired).
  2. Add all ingredients into a large food processor and puree until well-combined.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
  4. Nutrition info per 1/4 cup: 50 calories, 0.5 g fat, 3 g protein, 8 g carbohydrates, 2.5 g fiber
