Mandarin and Apricot Smoothie
- 2 12 ounces dried apricots
- 10 fluid ounces white grape juice, chilled
- 14 12 ounces mandarin oranges in juice, drained
- Roughly chop the apricots and place in a bowl.
- Pour over the grape juice.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours, or overnight if preferred.
- Put the apricots and grape juice into the blender or smoothie maker.
- Add the mandarin segments.
- Blend for about 40 seconds or until it is the consistency you require.
- Serve in chilled glasses.
