Easy No-Bake Caramel Cream Pie

  1. Bake pie crust as directed on package; cool completely.
  2. Meanwhile, cook caramels and water in saucepan on low heat 10 to 12 min.
  3. or until caramels are completely melted, stirring frequently.
  4. Add dry pudding mix and milk; stir.
  5. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Pour into bowl; cover surface with plastic wrap, with plastic wrap pressed against surface of pudding.
  7. Refrigerate 30 min.
  8. or until slightly thickened.
  9. Stir pudding mixture; pour into crust.
  10. Combine COOL WHP and marshmallows; spread over pie.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
