Can't tell it's low fat cornbread

  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Combine dry ingredients and sift well
  3. In a separate bowl beat together eggs, milk and applesauce and add to dry ingredients
  4. Spray your baking dish with Pam and bake until golden brown (about 25 minutes)
