Corn Salsa

  1. Boil corn and let cool.
  2. When cool, cut off cob.
  3. Dice remaining veggies.
  4. Mix together all ingredients except sour cream and chips.
  5. Cover and chill for 3 hours, or till serving.
  6. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
