Corn Salsa
- 6 whole Ears Fresh Sweet Corn
- 5 whole Green Onions
- 2 whole Jalapeno Peppers
- 2 whole Tomatoes
- 2 whole Limes - Juice From
- 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper
- 13 cups Cilantro Sprigs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
- 1/2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 bag Tortilla Chips
- Boil corn and let cool.
- When cool, cut off cob.
- Dice remaining veggies.
- Mix together all ingredients except sour cream and chips.
- Cover and chill for 3 hours, or till serving.
- Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
