Gratin of Potatoes
- 1kg washed potatoes, unpeeled sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Cream Cheese Spread
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT* Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Preheat oven to 200C.
- Layer potatoes in a lightly greased, shallow ovenproof dish.
- Combine cream cheese spread, milk, garlic and nutmeg in a small saucepan.
- Bring to the boil, remove from heat.
- Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with paremesan cheese.
- Bake for 45 - 55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and creamy and the top is a golden brown.
