Gratin of Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.
  2. Layer potatoes in a lightly greased, shallow ovenproof dish.
  3. Combine cream cheese spread, milk, garlic and nutmeg in a small saucepan.
  4. Bring to the boil, remove from heat.
  5. Pour over potatoes and sprinkle with paremesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 45 - 55 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and creamy and the top is a golden brown.
