TURKEY SOUP CONTINENTAL
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2 tbsp Onion, grated
- 1 cup Turkey, cooked and diced
- 2 cup potatoes, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 2 cup Turkey broth
- 1 cup creamed corn
- 2 cup half and half (found in dairy)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 dash black pepper
- Heat butter in a large soup pot.
- Stir in onion and cook briefly.
- Add turkey, potatoes, celery and broth.
- Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat through and adjust seasoning.
- Send a photo of your results!
