Honey Mustard Chicken
- 2 Chicken thighs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
- Cut the thighs in half.
- Sprinkle with salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients to make the honey mustard sauce.
- Fry the chicken skin side down first in olive oil until golden brown.
- Once browned, remove the excess oil, lid and cook on low.
- It's done if the juices run clear when poked.
- Slice and serve.
- Serve with the sauce and coarsely ground black pepper (optional).
