Easy Jelly Recipe

  1. Stir juice, water and pectin in saucepan till pectin is dissolved.
  2. Heat to rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly, about 2 min.
  3. Add in sugar; heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Immediately pour jelly into warm sterilized jars, leaving 1/2" headspace.
  6. Wipe rim of jars.
  7. Seal with paraffin as directed (left).
  8. Or possibly cover with lids.
  9. Store in refrigerator no longer than 2 months.
  10. About 4 half pints jelly.
