Frank Veggie Hot Pot

  1. Cut franks into 1 inch pieces.
  2. Heat to boiling broth and water; add macaroni, basil, salt and black pepper.
  3. Return to boil; cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in franks, vegetables and onions.
  5. Simmer 5 minutes longer, until macaroni is tender, vegetables are cooked and water is almost all absorbed.
  6. Fold in sour cream and mayonnaise.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, chives or green pepper before serving.
