Pork Kimchi Hot Pot with Delicious Soup

  1. Wash the clams, grate the garlic.
  2. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. The ingredients will look something like this.

  5. Add sesame oil to the pot.
  6. Lightly saute the kimchi until it becomes fragrant.
  7. At this point, the soup stock is made.
  8. Add the clams.
  9. Add the water.
  10. Boil.
  11. Add the chicken stock granules, sake, soy sauce, miso, and garlic.
  12. Taste (if it isn't strong enough, adjust accordingly).
  13. And the soup is finished!
  14. Now, add the ingredients.
  15. Boil for awhile, and it's done!
  16. *If you like it spicy, add gochujang (Korean red chili paste) to adjust the spiciness.
