Banana Cake Borobudur Hotel Jakarta
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 3 pureed bananas
- 3 whole eggs
- 225 g cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons fresh milk
- 2 teaspoons dark rum
- Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy.
- Combine the pureed bananas with the eggs, and slowly add this to the sugar-butter mixture.
- Mix well.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking salt,and add this to above mixture.
- Add in the milk and the rum.
- Pour mixture into a greased cake pan or large loaf tin.
- Bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
