Pepper Cole Slaw

  1. Place cabbage in a large bowl.
  2. Heat oil in med skillet.
  3. Add onion bell peppers jalapenos and oregano and lightly saute.
  4. Add vinegar and sugar and bring to a simmer.
  5. Remove pan from heat and cool slightly.
  6. Pour over cabbage and toss.
  7. Sprinkle with salt.
  8. Let slaw refridgerate for one hour tossing occassionally.
