SINGLES Chicken Italian Pitas
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb/500 g), cut in strips
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 each: small green pepper and red onion, cut into strips
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 pita breads, cut in half
- 8 Kraft Singles Cheese Slice, cut in half diagonally Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- COOK chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 8 minutes; stir frequently.
- Add green pepper, onion and garlic.
- Continue cooking until vegetables and meat are tender, stirring occasionally.
- STUFF each pita half with chicken mixture and two cheese triangles.
- MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
