SINGLES Chicken Italian Pitas

  1. COOK chicken in oil over medium-high heat for 8 minutes; stir frequently.
  2. Add green pepper, onion and garlic.
  3. Continue cooking until vegetables and meat are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. STUFF each pita half with chicken mixture and two cheese triangles.
  5. MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 seconds or until cheese begins to melt.
