Baked Beef Roast With Veggies
- 5 -6 lbs beef roast
- 1 (8 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
- 1 cup cooking wine
- 1 medium potato
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium carrot
- salt & pepper
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2.
- Take the beef out of the package and wash it off well.
- 3.
- Line a casserole dish with aluminum foil and place the beef inside.
- 4.
- Coat the beef with the packet of onion soup mix, meat tenderizer,garlic and pepper.
- 5.
- Dice your veggie and add them along side the beef.
- 6.
- Add salt and pepper to veggies to taste.
- 7.
- Pour cooking wine over veggies and meat.
- 8.
- Cover over with aluminum foil.
- 9.
- Cook for 3 hours.
- 10.Take off the aluminum foil and brown the top of the meat.
- 11.
- Let cool then serve.
