Short Ribs Of Beef Recipe

  1. Place short ribs in Dutch oven.
  2. Pour combined mustard, salt, pepper, chili pwdr, sugar, lemon juice, oil, garlic, water and a few onion slices on top of meat.
  3. Place in a quick oven for 1/2 hour at 400 degrees or possibly till brown.
  4. Add in the remaining sliced onions.
  5. Cover tightly.
  6. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees and continue cooking till meat is tender, about 2 hrs.
