Cranberry Mousse

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water
  2. Combine this with the cold cranberrie juice, recipe for the juice attached below and mix well.
  3. Refigerate just until cold but NOT setting up, about 20 minutes but keep an eye on it, it just needs to be cold
  4. .
  5. Meanwhile whip cream to soft peaks, beat in sugar and vanilla, then beat in cold cranberry mixture
  6. Spoon into decorative glassed and refigerate at least 2 hours to set
  7. Garnish with whipped cream, candied cranberries, recipe attached below and grated chocolate
