Mindi's Crock Pot Swiss Steak

  1. Over med-high heat, melt butter.
  2. Meanwhile, combine flour, salt, mustard, creole seasoning, cumin, and pepper.
  3. Dredge meat in flour mixture.
  4. Brown dredged meat on both sides in butter.
  5. Transfer meat into crock pot.
  6. In skillet, combine excess flour mixture, wine, and soup with drippings.
  7. Pour over meat.
  8. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
