Peach Sour Cream Pie Recipe

  1. Blend and chill while pie bakes.
  2. Pie: Combine sugar, flour, salt, lowfat sour cream, egg and vanilla.
  3. Arrange peach slices on pie shell.
  4. Pour lowfat sour cream mix over peaches.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, then lower temperature to 350 degrees or possibly till peaches are tender.
  6. Sprinkle with topping as soon as removed from oven.
