Peach Sour Cream Pie Recipe
- 1 unbaked pie shell, 9"
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 c. fresh peach slices
- Blend and chill while pie bakes.
- Pie: Combine sugar, flour, salt, lowfat sour cream, egg and vanilla.
- Arrange peach slices on pie shell.
- Pour lowfat sour cream mix over peaches.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min, then lower temperature to 350 degrees or possibly till peaches are tender.
- Sprinkle with topping as soon as removed from oven.
