Mediterranean Olive Tapenade

  1. Combine all tapenade ingredients in bowl; mix well.
  2. Cover; let stand at room temperature 30-60 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Heat oven to 350F.
  4. Place cheese cubes in pairs, 4 inches apart, onto nonstick baking sheets.
  5. Bake 4-5 minutes or until cheese is lacy in appearance and lightly browned on edges.
  6. Cool on baking sheets 1 minute or until cheese stops sizzling.
  7. Carefully remove with spatula onto paper towels.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Drain any liquid from tapenade mixture.
  10. Spoon onto cheese chips.
  11. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, if desired.
