Spicy Asian Carrot Salad
- 3 medium carrots
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or red chili powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce, more to taste
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- Slice carrots into thin matchsticks.
- Put in a bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- Massage lightly with your hands.
- Add the cayenne pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl and mix well until everything is coated in the dressing.
