Jiffy crockpot cornbread

• 2 packages jiffy cornbread mix
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2/3 cup milk

1. Set crockpot to high heat and spray with cooking spray.
2. Cover with lid and allow to preheat.
3. Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
4. Allow to sit and rest for 3-4 minutes.
5. Pour all ingredients in crockpot.
6. Use 3-4 papertowels under the lid to absorb and moisture.
7. Cook for 35-45 minutes.
8. Done when inserted knife comes out clean.
