Jiffy crockpot cornbread
- 2 packages jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup milk
- Set crockpot to high heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Cover with lid and allow to preheat.
- Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- Allow to sit and rest for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour all ingredients in crockpot.
- Use 3-4 papertowels under the lid to absorb and moisture.
- Cook for 35-45 minutes.
- Done when inserted knife comes out clean.
