Chicken Nuggets from Breast Meat and Okara
- 1 breast Chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko (or potato starch)
- 200 grams Fresh okara
- 1 egg Egg (medium)
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Beef dashida
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Black pepper
- Remove the skin and finely chop the chicken.
- I cut them into small pieces with a knife.
- Assemble all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- This is what is looks like mixed together
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to 180C.
- Scoop the mixture into the pan with a spoon.
- Once they are golden brown, they are done!
