Hickory BBQ Ribs
- 1 Tbsp. steak spice
- 2 lb. (900 g) pork spareribs
- 1 cup Bull's-Eye Old West Hickory Barbecue Sauce
- Heat oven to 200 degrees F.
- Place ribs, meat sides up, in single layer in shallow pan; rub with steak spice.
- Cover.
- Bake 4 hours or until ribs are tender, brushing with barbecue sauce after 2 hours.
