Ham Muffins With Creamed Peas Recipe

  1. Sift flour, measure and sift with baking pwdr, salt, and soda.
  2. Beat egg, add in lowfat sour cream and ham; mix well.
  3. Turn into flour mix and stir till flour is dampened.
  4. Bake in muffin pans for 20-25 minute at 400 degrees.
  5. Serve creamed peas over warm muffins.
