Creamy Tomato Pesto Potato Salad

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain.
  2. Combine the pesto, mayonnaise, sour cream and half of the parmesan cheese, and pepper.
  3. Toss potatoes and mayonnaise mixture until well coated, and garnish with the remaining cheese, basil and scatter over the pine nuts.
