Oven Barbecue Country Style Ribs

  1. Cut ribs into serving size pieces and season with additional salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Brown ribs on all sides and transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Cook onions in 2 tablespoons of fat from the skillet until soft.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Pour sauce over ribs and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
