Oven Barbecue Country Style Ribs
- 4 pounds Country Style Ribs
- 1 teaspoon Salt, Plus More For Seasoning Ribs
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper, Plus More For Seasoning Ribs
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder, Plus More For Seasoning Ribs
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Onions
- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- Cut ribs into serving size pieces and season with additional salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Brown ribs on all sides and transfer to a baking dish.
- Cook onions in 2 tablespoons of fat from the skillet until soft.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Pour sauce over ribs and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
