Kishimen Noodles with Pork Lots of Garlic

  1. Slice the leek on the diagonal.
  2. Cut up the pork into easy to eat pieces.
  3. Grate the garlic.
  4. Put the mentsuyu diluted with water in a pan and bring to a boil.
  5. Add the leek, pork and garlic.
  6. When the leeks have softened, add the boiled kishimen noodles and simmer, following package instructions.
  7. Done!
