Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

• 14 cup patis (fish sauce)
• 14 cup lime juice
• 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 large red chile, finely chopped

1. place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve sugar.
