Lisa's Bean Salad
- 1 lb navy beans
- 1 14 cups celery, diced
- 12 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup green pepper, chopped
- 12 cup vinaigrette dressing
- 12 cup vinegar
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon paprika
- 34 teaspoon Accent seasoning
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 3 pimientos
- Soak beans overnight.
- Cover beans with water and cook until tender.
- Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Let stand 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator.
