BBQ Feta Prawns

  1. In a casserole dish with lid, combine oil,garlic,lemon juice and thyme in the dish and cover.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better this will taste.
  3. In a glass bowl add tomatoes, feta and pepper.Stir to mix.
  4. You will need 4 sheets of foil.
  5. Place 1/4 of the shrimp on each piece of foil and top each with 1/4 of the tomato mixture and seal the foil by making a fold at the top.Preheat grill to hot and grill each packet for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Serve with crusty bread to soak up the juices.
