Spiced Chicken Burger

  1. Combine mince, Philly*, onion, breadcrumbs, sauce, coriander, spices and seasonings.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Divide into 6 and form into burgers.
  4. Dust burgers in flour.
  5. Heat the oil in a large frying pan or on a barbecue plate.
  6. Cook burgers for 4-5 minutes each side over a medium heat until cooked through.
  7. Assemble the lettuce leaves, and capsicum onto the base of each roll.
  8. Top with the burger, coriander, sweet chilli sauce and top of the roll.
  9. Serve immediately.
