Thai Sate Marinade

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir or whisk to dissolve the honey.
  2. *This marinade tastes best when used within a few hours of making.

  4. **This makes 2/3 cup; enough for 1 1/2 pounds of meat, chicken, or fish.

  6. ***Cut the meat or seafood into strips the size of your pinkie or cut into flat strips.
  7. The flat strips work especially well for beef.
  8. Cover and marinade in the refrigerator for 30 to 60 minutes.
  9. Then drain, skewer, and grill.
