- 2 small chilli peppers seeds removed and diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup emmenthaler, grated

- 2 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 kosher salt
- 1 freshly ground pepper
- 250 grams chicken (optional)
- grill chicken separated until cooked... do not need to be marinated...
- in a pan, heat butter and saute onions and garlic until translucent.
- add chilli peppers and remove from heat.
- keep it aside.
- in a separated pan, reduce cream by about one third and gradually stir in emmenthaler with a wire whisk so it melts slowly.
- remove from heat, let it cool slightly and then stir in parmesan.
- cook tagliatelle in boiling salted water until al dente and drain.
- preheat oven at 180C.
- stir tagliatelle into the pan with cream sauce, add chicken and topped with tomatoes... also stir the garlic, pepper sauce that you prepared in the beginning... add cambozola our blue cheese on top and place under broiler until cheese starts to melt...
- chicken is an option...
- I sometimes make without and it is delicious!
