Salmon Patties With Celery Sauce

  1. Combine salmon, 1/4 cup soup, bread, green onion, egg, mustard and Worchestershire sauce in bowl.
  2. Form into 1/2-inch thick patties.
  3. Coat with flour.
  4. Brown patties on one side in 1 Tbsp.
  5. oil in frypan over medium heat.
  6. Add remaining oil and brown other side.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Combine remaining soup, parsley and lemon juice.
  9. Add to frypan and heat over medium until just boiling, stirring occasionally.
  10. Serve patties with sauce.
