Salmon Patties With Celery Sauce
- 1 can (15.5 oz) pink salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of celery soup, divided
- 2 slices bread, crumbled
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil, divided
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- Combine salmon, 1/4 cup soup, bread, green onion, egg, mustard and Worchestershire sauce in bowl.
- Form into 1/2-inch thick patties.
- Coat with flour.
- Brown patties on one side in 1 Tbsp.
- oil in frypan over medium heat.
- Add remaining oil and brown other side.
- Set aside.
- Combine remaining soup, parsley and lemon juice.
- Add to frypan and heat over medium until just boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Serve patties with sauce.
