Grilled Surf and Turf Salad

  1. Toss steak tips with 2 Tbs oil and thread onto skewers.
  2. Toss shrimp with 2 Tbs oil and thread onto separate skewers from the beef.
  3. Discard any excess oil.
  4. Sprinkle skewers lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill beef to your desired doneness.
  6. Grill shrimp until opaque (about 3 minutes, turning once).
  7. Place greens in a serving dish or on individual plates.
  8. Toss beef and shrimp with vegetables and place on the bed of greens.
  9. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.
