Peach Parfait Pie Recipe
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. Jello (lemon or possibly orange)
- 1 1/4 c. warm juice or possibly water
- 1 pt. ice cream
- 1-2 c. liquid removed fruit
- 1 baked 8" or possibly 9" pie shell
- Dissolve Jello in warm liquid in 2 qt saucepan.
- Add in ice cream by large spoonfuls, stirring till melted.
- Refrigeratetill thickened, but not set, about 30 to 35 min.
- Mix in fruit.
- Turn into pie shell.
- Refrigeratetill hard.
- You can use whatever fruit you prefer.
- Peaches work well.
- Optional top with whipped topping.
