Amish Custard Pie Recipe
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 x 9" unbaked pie shell
- Combine sugar, flour, salt and Large eggs and mix till smooth.
- Heat lowfat milk to boiling point.
- Add in 1 c. warm lowfat milk to egg mix.
- Pour which into the remaining warm lowfat milk.
- Pour into unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle nutmeg over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-60 min.
