Amish Custard Pie Recipe

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and Large eggs and mix till smooth.
  2. Heat lowfat milk to boiling point.
  3. Add in 1 c. warm lowfat milk to egg mix.
  4. Pour which into the remaining warm lowfat milk.
  5. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  6. Sprinkle nutmeg over top.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45-60 min.
