Veggie Bolognese Pasta

  1. Just follow our 3 simple steps
  2. Cook 2 pouches simulated ground beef, 1 cup sliced zucchini and 1/2 cup finely chopped onion in 1 Tbsp.
  3. olive oil over medium-high heat 3 - 4 minutes or until golden.
  4. Stir IN 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) diced tomatoes, 1 can (5.5 oz / 156 mL) tomato paste and 1 tsp.
  5. each minced garlic, salt, crushed red chili flakes (optional) and 1 Tbsp.
  6. fresh basil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Spoon sauce over 4 cups cooked and drained scoobi doo pasta.
