Veggie Bolognese Pasta
- 2 pouches simulated ground beef
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) diced tomatoes Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1 can (5.5 oz / 156 mL) tomato paste
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. fresh basil
- 1 tsp. chili flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 cups cooked Scoobi Doo pasta

- Cook 2 pouches simulated ground beef, 1 cup sliced zucchini and 1/2 cup finely chopped onion in 1 Tbsp.
- olive oil over medium-high heat 3 - 4 minutes or until golden.
- Stir IN 1 can (28 oz / 796 mL) diced tomatoes, 1 can (5.5 oz / 156 mL) tomato paste and 1 tsp.
- each minced garlic, salt, crushed red chili flakes (optional) and 1 Tbsp.
- fresh basil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Spoon sauce over 4 cups cooked and drained scoobi doo pasta.
