Liver & Vegetable Saute Recipe

  1. Dip liver in flour.
  2. Heat butter in large skillet till bubbly.
  3. Cook liver in butter till brown on both sides, about 5 min; stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Heat boiling.
  5. Reduce heat; simmer covered till liver is done, about 10 min.
