Ham Delight

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Cut pepper in half lengthwise and remove the core and ribs.
  3. Flatten slightly and place on aluminum foil.
  4. Place under the broiler until skin is charred black.
  5. Remove to a plastic bag, seal and let steam for 10 minutes.
  6. Slip skin off.
  7. Reserve.
