Sweet-Sour Meatballs

  1. Mix ground beef, cracker crumbs, minced onion, egg, milk and ginger.
  2. Shape into meatballs; brown them on baking sheet in a 350u0b0 oven.
  3. Mix cornstarch and sugar.
  4. Stir in pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth.
  5. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  6. Put meatballs in casserole; add syrup mixture, pineapple and green pepper.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
