Toasted Earth & Surf Club Sandwich

  1. Mix crabmeat, salad dressing, seasonings, chopped bell pepper, green onion, celery and olives.
  2. Let rest in fridge.
  3. Toast the muffins under a broiler just until lightly golden.
  4. Lay 1 piece of turkey on each muffin half.
  5. Spoom 1/4 of the crab mixture over top.
  6. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
  7. Top with lettuce or sprouts.
  8. Serve open faced.
