Quiche, Vicki
- 4 eggs
- 1 12 cups evaporated milk (2 small cans)
- 1 tablespoon flour
- salt
- pepper
- 1 medium onion, cut into large chunks
- 1 12 cups swiss cheese, Cubed
- 34 lb sausage, cooked & crumbled
- 1 pie shell, 9 inch uncooked
- Mix Eggs, Milk, Flour, Salt & Pepper in blender.
- Add Onion & Swiss cheese & blend to chop.
- Sprinkle Meat on uncooked Pie shell.
- Pour Blended Mixture over Meat.
- Bake 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
- Let rest 15 minutes before cutting.
