Philly Beef Steak

  1. For each serving: Season 1 steak with salt and pepper; grill to desired doneness.
  2. Remove from heat; let stand 2 min.
  3. Meanwhile, grill cut sides of 1 baguette until lightly toasted.
  4. Saute 1/3 cup each onions, green peppers and red peppers in 1 tsp.
  5. oil in skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  6. or until caramelized.
  7. Place baguette on plate.
  8. Cut steak into 1/4-inch-thick strips; place in baguette.
  9. Top with 2 Tbsp.
  10. steak sauce, onion mixture and 1/4 cup cheese.
  11. Place under salamander for 8 sec.
  12. to warm cheese.
