Taos Turkey Bake
- 1 12 lbs ground turkey (about 3 cups)
- 34 cup onion, chopped
- 12 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
- 1 (8 ounce) package button mushrooms, sliced fresh (can sub in 8 oz jarred mushrooms)
- 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 14 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (to taste)
- 2 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed
- 1 12 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- picante sauce
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onions, olives, green chilies, mushrooms, beans and soup.
- Stir in hot pepper sauce and corn chips.
- Spread in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately with picante cause to taste.
